Return and Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid digital route guides and custom briefing services sold by Cartilagefaunabo.

1. Digital guides

If a guide file is defective or materially differs from its description, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will replace the file or offer a refund where verification shows a fault on our side.

2. Custom briefings

Cancellations more than 48 hours before the scheduled briefing receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be rescheduled once at no extra charge; otherwise a 50% fee may apply to cover scout allocation.

3. Non-refundable cases

Refunds are not provided where content was delivered as described, where you changed personal plans, or where outdoor conditions differed from expectations despite accurate route notes.

4. How to request

Email callme@cartilagefaunabo.world with your order reference. We respond within 5 working days.

5. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights under UK consumer law for eligible purchases.
